DoorDash Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees
What DoorDash did:
They have been charging me $9.99 for a “dash pass” for months without my consent or knowledge. I never signed up for this and I didn’t even know what it was until now. I had to dispute the charges, get a new card, and have been fighting for a refund from them. I don’t know how they are getting away with this but a quick search shows that this is not an isolated event. They are outright stealing from people!
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I expect a full refund for every transaction they placed including the interest accrued, repayment for my time spent fixing this, and someone to put a stop to their unethical business practices!
