Goldman Sachs Marcus Unauthorized Robocalls
What Goldman Sachs Marcus did:
They deducted my account twice for an amount of $278.25 on January 09 when I teal used I called them to have the extra back to my account they never did it until today nobody solved my issue and they keep calling me for past due when they simply can credited my amount for my next payment
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Off course I want them to credit my account for next payment stop sending me email that says they will send me to collections and a compensation for the horrible 2 months of awful customer service
