What Santander Consumer USA did:
Trying to payoff my loan. Santana claim they never got the check which was mail on March 3 2022. So ten days later on the 17th I called Santana CR told me they did not receive the check. So my bank ran a check to see if it was cashed. At that point we thought it was lost. On the 21st Santana cash the check they claim they never got. Now they closed my account and when I call phone message said I do not have a account. I am paid up till April 2022 . Impossible to get any straight answers.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
