What Credit One did:
I asked if they could send me info for getting back into my account. I used my user and password and it just went read where I put my info. I called several numbers and they don’t even speak to where I understand them. …Sorry. I was told I needed to pay $139 and I found out all I had to pay was $60 by April 24th. Ok, what do you see wrong with this ? I can’t get into my account and you will not help with this matter and you want me to pay you… GET REAL !!!!

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Help me get into my account. So I can pay on my account. What is so wrong with this. Send me something to my email. I had another credit card do this with NO problem.
