Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
I have a stay at an Airbnb that turned out to be disgusting. I have proof of the uncleaned bathroom moldy and dusty vents and how combative and argumentative the host was when I bring it to her attention, I contacted Airbnb on multiple different occasions and they resulted in resolving it upon the host request which was to clean the apartment even after we asked for a refund . When I told Airbnb I was recording them after she told me I wasn’t able to receive a refund she resulted in hanging up on me and closing my case .
