Airbnb Claim for Compensation

What Airbnb did:
Airbnb unfairly broke long term rental contracts signed on the platform causing me in excess of of $40,000 in lost rents that would have otherwise been protected by similar contracts off Airbnb. In a most recent incident Airbnb allowed several guests take possession of my property that were not the registered guests of the property, and made decisions that caused me financial harm without thorough investigation despite numerous escalations I made. I want Airbnb to reimburse me for every breach of contract they unlawfully executed
