What Airbnb did:
We checked into our premises in London and noticed there were quite a few issues that needed tending to , to name some, there was no door bell, door of the master bedroom was broken , no internet, the building manager was threatening us stating this building it not for short term lease. It was very frustrating dealing with the host, my last straw was when the hot water stopped working for 5 days we were there during winter. With children it made ur. Upon loosing my mind about the water with the host I learnt the host Vivek had actually passed away a couple of months prior to us arriving. We therefore request a full refund and want to sue for false representation.
I paid a total of 26,831.51 USD but the form only allowed me to fill in 10,000USD. I want to sue for false advertising and misleading us because the host who qualified as a super host was not here, and we were not informed after we spent so much money.
