01/14/2022. The diagnosis was provided that the leak is not happening because of pipes and it’s not covered by insurance. Asked for a second opinion and no one came. We hired our own contractor to start the repairs and today it exposed the leaking pipe.
The company has a contractors who always want to deny the claims. This has caused is a long wait time to get our bathrrom fixed and we donot want to wait any longer for repairs and we are doing it now. We would want AHS to cover the cost of repairs.
