What Metro by T-Mobile did:
On December 25th 2021 I made a payment to a wrong account due to the fact that I mistakenly put one number wrong. I called the next day to let know it was my mistake but if they were able to transfer the amount to the correct phone number which said it was going to be done and all was going to fine, two days later my daughters god fathers lines were once again disconnect so I called back and let them know this time the person I spoke to said they weren’t able to go into someone else’s account a transfer the money. So I would have to call my bank a forcefully retrieve the money. My claim was denied and Metro has basically stole my $95.00. I don’t even have an account with them . I don’t feel like this is fair at all.
