What Metro by T-Mobile did:
So I have a phone bill that was due Feb.17,2022 my phone is currently off I have called them to let them know that I was not able to pay it and pleaded with them to see if there was any way the could change my due date because I won’t get paid till Wednesday I kept telling them I don’t have any money till then so they have reassured me that if I had a 5 dollar fee I could change my due date I have called to verify it with the metro PC store and the told me all I had to do was call customer service and they would Do it for the 5dollars with no hesitation so I called and they told me that I had to pay 45 dollars just to change my date and that wasn’t what was said to me at all my bill is 60 dollars and I have to pay 28.00 immediately and I have no clue what that is for I can’t even get my extension for 3 days and I need my phone on its very important that its on I have no way of getting ahold of anyone because they gaureented me that I only had to pay 5 dollars fee

I want them to change my due date like they told me they could and turn my phone back on
