What Oculus did:
Oculus is in still is holding my account hostage and will not let me into it due to their own incompetence of reading a email incorrectly about my octopus being stolen which is actually my previous Oculus if you read the email correctly which they did not they refuse to open my account due to the fact that they are incompetent and not making smart decisions and I’m suffering for it for 6 months I’ve been without my Oculus no use of it whatsoever I have no idea what’s going on they’ve had told the control leave me in the dark completely with no updates never
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
