T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
What T-Mobile did:
They are charging me around $900 due to them not receiving a replacement phone. I have the receipt and email they sent me, stating I sent the phone in. Now they’re stating the phone isn’t covered though warranty though as being damaged and it wasn’t reported however it was, and we paid a fee for a replacement phone.
