What T-Mobile did:
TMobile gave me free line from a promo in March 2021; they have since charged me for the free line that they shoved down my throat ( there is almost zero activity on this number, I don’t really need it). Now they deny the promo even existed, when I pulled up online articles about it, at first they said that I was on the correct rate plan and should have been eligible, then they said that I wasn’t on the right rate plan. They overcharged me $300/month in total for almost a year.they’ve refused to credit me for the erroneous charges, they only offer to honor the promo going forward, if it is approved.
