What T-Mobile did:
This is in reference to a T Mobile order that was cancelled by me, and the shipment that was dispatched was intercepted by T Mobile midway before delivery and was sent back to the T Mobile Warehouse.
I also did receive the refund for the same order.
An account was however incorrectly created for this particular order and there were charges in the following 2 months to my Chase card, which was returned to me via Chase dispute following which there were no further charges in the following months.
However, in December 2021 I see a collection account that was created with reference to this with Receivables Performance for which I have been contacting the collection agency and T Mobile though there has been no progress on it till date.
As per my call logs I have spent multiple hours with just T mobile but there has been no progress whatsoever.
