What Charter Spectrum did:
Had significant, low cable speed to the internet, and buffering, and fluctuating speeds. Called Spectrum, had Tech on phone, that he could see the internet fluctuating . He advised me that he sending a Technician for Repairs. Got cable bill for service charge for a repairs. Called Spectrum customer service and was told, they had no issue with cable speed. I’m charged for Service that was not resloved. My internet is still fluctuating, and not repairs.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
