What Truist did:
I got a new truist debit card in the mail. Before I could open the envelope Someone took my mail envelope and used my debit card. I received a text from truist saying they suspected fraudulent activity and they spent hundreds of dollars in one night.
I don’t think truist allowed any verification for the person to prove it was me. Which is NOT ok for a bank.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
