What Norwegian Cruise Lines did:
My mother and I scheduled a cruise to Virginia and Bermuda. Was never told I needed a Bermuda travel application to be approved until 2 days before I was scheduled to leave. I. Did all they asked me to do in 2 days. Then was still denied a approvel because my Covid test didn’t have my date of birth on it. I had gone to a pharmacy for my test. When they sent me the results they only displayed my name , date test one done and the result. So all because it didn’t have my date of birth I was told I can’t be approved. I called Norwegian and asked for either a refund or credit to a future cruise. They told me no. They wanted no part of helping me. I have done everything the said I needed to do.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
