What Straight Talk did:
My elderly Aunt got a new phone for her birthday. We purchased the Straight- Talk Keep Your Phone Number Kit from Walmart. Straight Talk assisted with installing the new sims card via phone. My Aunt phone has not worked properly at all since installing the new sims card. They even sent me a new T-Mobile Sims cards that they later said I can’t use “incompatible”. She rarely has service and almost never when she is away from home. I have spent so much time on the phone with customer service who has yet to resolve the issue. But an even bigger problem is telling me that since they can’t fix the issue they will transfer me to a “higher department”. Every time they ” transfer” me the call immediately hangs up. This is a problem when it shouldn’t be. Straight-Talk is unable to handle which should be simple trouble shooting issues. Current Error messages is No Network and thought the day there are No bars visible on the phone. If she is able to get a call through the call drops or too distorted which ends up having to end the call.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
