What Cash App did:
Deposit sent to me via CashApp. The deposit was intercepted by an unknown party & deposited into their account. CashApp refuses to properly investigate & has closed the claim five times with no documentation as to why other than they believe someone had access to my account. Well this is precisely my point because I never provided access.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
