What SoFi did:
Well I was going to stay at the holiday inn and was treated horrible so I paid online. But didn’t stay there I contacted the hotel refused to return my money. So I proceeded to ask sofi to return my payment. They took almost four months asked me very little detail. Then became very rufe after calling and asking about it. After 4 months they said no error was found. Denied me my money.i appealed after giving them proof said would be 90 days not ng after denied me. I reported it bbb then they closed my account after they occured a bunch of charges from them never taking to me or presenting any type of investigation.i offered they didn’t care.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
