What Amazon did:
I return a burner to amazon the item and way I receive it. I got an email saying they will not refund as the item they receive back was not the same item. They have my burner and will not give me my money back. Told them to prove to me what they send me was not what i send back but they will not respond.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
