Chime Bank Complaint

What Chime Bank did:
I have been going around in circles with them for 5 months and they denied my claims several times and closed my account after all my funds were distributed to MoneyGram, apple pay, Columbus communications. Asked them for a print out several times, since January, but just received one after they closed my account April 1. Didn’t get it until April 7 showing all of the fraudulent transactions. Can you help me, I am a 75 year old veteran.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
