What Credit One did:
hello good evening, I accidentally forgot to make my payment on April 11,2022 and made it on April 12,2022. I have been disoriented for few days from the whole southwest ordeal of flights being cancelled and I was kindly asking to see if the late fee can please be reversed on my account this one time. I will not let late payment occur again. Thank you in advance.
