What Truist did:
While I was out of town Truist closed the branch that I use. I went to another branch and accessed the ATM which would not allow me to make a cash deposit. I went home and wire transferred funds to my Truist checking account to cover an automated bill pay, but Truist held the wire for 3 days and it forced an overdraft fee. Then Truist charged another overdraft fee for the same transaction.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
