What DoorDash did:
I have had several phone interactions with door dash since February 2022. I have been hung up on multiple times with no resolution and wasted hours on hold for someone to keep “escalating” my problem with no help. I should have been doordashing consistently since February and have lost wages because of their error with my background check having the wrong name. They refuse to resubmit my application and fix the issue. I still cannot use my doordash account
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
