What Intuit did:
Was overcharged from stated pricing once I went to file taxes. The Premium Service that I did not use or ask for was automatically billed. Have tried five times to reach customer service and in different ways for resolution, but no one is ever on the phone when they call me back or they stop responding online.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
