What Hr Block did:
I purchased a bundle of premium software plus tax pro review worth $239. I submitted my information on April 11. The first tax pro assigned didn’t do anything and passed my case to the second after wasting two days. The second one waited another day to claim she couldn’t handle the Non-resident case. On April 15, The third one finally reviewed my documents and I was able to see tax forms. She made a mistake and I asked her to correct it. The end of the day, she sent me the amended one and I spotted another two mistakes. On April, she sent me the third version and she made a mistake again. I left message and called many times. She didn’t respond. I called the customer service and the representative I might need an extension. I asked why I paid the fee and submitted the documents on April and I still need an extension. In this week, I called their office and customer service so many times. Being ignored or hung off is usual thing. This business seems like a fraud. The accountants are unprofessional and customer service is arrogant.
