What Capital One did:
Capital one have chosen to close my bank account with no clear reasoning. My account is locked and when i call the customer service numbers for an update on my account it tells me to leave a voice message and that they may return a call within 48 hours which is yet to happen. I have a little over 3000 dollars in the bank and they have yet to update me on when i will be receiving my money. I also have a small credit to pay off, but i cant because of the recent events of capital one closing my account.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
