Consumer Cellular Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised
What Consumer Cellular did:
I was sent a cell phone that had an internal problem with the keypad randomly sticking keys and numbers and navigation bar that did not perform correctly. CC refused to exchange the phone for another that actually worked because I did not pay extra for their “protection plan”!
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like Consumer Cellular to apologize for this terrible service, and send me a phone (free of any charge) that is in working order.
