I received a device that stopped working second time using it. Contacted customer support for replacement. They asked for video, I provided 3 separate videos along with screen shot of tracking that’s says “item arrived in Canada damaged” customer support kept saying it’s my fault I’m using device wrong ( I’m not!) they offer 90 day money back guarantee for any reason I asked for money back they still said no
