I am writing to escalate my complain I have an 1100 bill.I am definitely disputing it .I have before to no avail.I talked to TMobile about their promo of paying of phones I had to give information then in the conversation I found out it was untrue they reimburse you, So I immediately told them do not port me that their ad was a bait and switch.The man immediately switched me anyway and the call dropped
i had no phone . First thing in the morning I went to went to Spectrum and got my account back accept you refused to put my phone plans back on the bill and charged me 1100 dollars .My phone was going to be shut off and I was going to loose my number if i didn’t.find 1100 I am disabled and only get paid 1003 a month .I have been a loyal customer for internet and phone I was literally gone for 10 hour.now I was forced to actually have to go with these jerks at T-Mobile and your ruining my credit because I was gone for 10 hours and I told that man to not do it and thats obvious because I went straight to Spectrum.This is not how you treat customers especially loyal ones im still an internet customer and I want to be an mobile customer but I shouldn’t be treated this way please help .I will be escalating this all the way up to the top of Charter
