What Charter Spectrum did:
My mother has been charged $19.99 per month for DVR services for 7 years. She did not have a dvr. She asked Spectrum for a credit of those funds and they provided only about $40.00 in credit.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Full credit for the overpayment caused by their billing error.
