What Marcus Bank did:
I opened two savings accounts, knowing that Marcus does not require a minimum deposit. I made a deposit to one of the accounts just to get things going. Things were fine for a couple days, and when this money was finally posted to my account, I see that my account has been locked. Unsure why, I call customer service to unlock it. They let me know my accounts have been closed and that they were not required to disclose why. Now I am wondering when I will receive my deposit back and if it is safe to try and reopen an account with them.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
