What Airbnb did:
I been in current Airbnb almost three months my daughter pays weekly due to housing issues I never had an issue the owner extend my stay weekly there has never been a problem between us I was told by Airbnb that my reservation was canceled to pick my things and leave the premises as I explain to them what I didn’t know what was going on and could they explain only answer is a breach of security me or the owner still don’t know I was told that they would reimburse me $200 for one day stay in a hotel $100 for lyft and reimburse my fees for my stay that I pay for however I would have to wait a few days for the money to go on my card that wasn’t much of an option because I have no money no transportation nowhere else to go especially since my daughter pays weekly for hair as of now I am here with a cancel reservation which I paid for up until the 13th and I am constantly being threatened to get out and I just received a weird message stating my ******* is about to end which was very unprofessional I’m on life-sustaining medicine very sickly I’ve had two incidents during my Airbnb stay home with the folks prior to hear one place I woke up to no need heat no electricity the next please the fireplace smell strong I guess so when I came here I’ve been comfortable had no issues and he has the owner I really need help with the situation and for somebody to find out for me what is Arisa security like what did I do wrong and why won’t they tell me
