Vivint Complaint
What Vivint did:
The sales person promised the system is free and the equipment is free. After the service install, the sales person don’t answer your phone call and wait for the 3 days cancellation period pass. now I received the bill for it and I want to cancel the service. They still ask me to pay for the equipment, a little monitor plus 4 cameras charge me for $4000
