Consumer Cellular Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

What Consumer Cellular did:
I cancelled my account with CC in January full paid and went with another phone company (Mint). Mint asked for info from CC in order to make the switch. CC provided that info. The switch was made. But now CC is saying I owe $149 for what I am not sure. I was hoping you could help clear this matter up.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I should not have to pay for service I did not get. I would like them to drop the charges and not turn this over to some collection agency.
