LA Fitness Complaint

What LA Fitness did:
I had verbally spoke with someone to have my membership cancelled for personal training. They had verbally confirmed that it was ended. But to learn it was not done with a paper notice, it did not go through. But when I called it was within the time window of backing out of the contract.
