My complaint is against Amtrak. In the beginning month of April my wife and I booked seats to San Antonio. First complain is the re- scheduled to depart time from 3:30 pm to 11:30 am. We waited for two hoursto board the train. Prior to gettin on train I asked to up grade to sleeping accomidations they said it would cost me $800 . What rip off. Once on the train I was able to upgrade to a roomette for $250. So amtrak was trying to make a extra $600. On my return trip which was suppose to be April 25 Complaint

First of a the jerk when he applied the brakes, like a car jerk, and belive my wife caught covid because of unclean and disinfected room
