What Uber did:
My background check and driving history has been pending for 3 months with no update and no movement on my application process. I can’t get a clear answer from anyone, no direct phone number to speak with anyone. I am losing out on money. I had to pay for 3 different driving history reports, a vehicle inspection report, and purchased a vehicle just to use for Uber employment.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
