Ally Complaint

What Ally did:
I was involved in a total loss accident. Ally bank sent a certified letter to my insurance company which stated I owed $53,000. I only owed $38,000. I should have received the overage amount which Ally bank is refusing. I have called Ally bank 8 times and they refuse to give me answers.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
