Celtic Bank – Genesis FS Card Services Complaint

What Celtic Bank – Genesis FS Card Services did:
I have been out of work since 2/17/2022. I am self employed as a Forensic Expert. Most courts are closed or on Zoom hearings only. My indigo credit card service is attempting to sell my account to a collection agency. I have been in and out of the hospital with a covid infection that continues to re-occur. I have notified them of my condition but they have ignored by request for financial relief. I need my account suspended until I can recover and pay my outstanding balance.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
