What KeyBank did:
I have a car loan with key bank. Direct deposit has failed twice, online pay is often down and not working for days on end and just today may 17th I received a call that my account was passed due and I would be charged a late fee since I pay every month I asked what the due date for the payment was and they told me May 29th so I’m getting charged late fees 12 days before the bill was actually due. Spoke to two different people neither could explain (or even tried to explain) the late charge or why this was happening. The fee was waved. But this problem is habitual. I still owe 7707.22
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
