What Powerline group did:
I purchased an auto forwarding program through this company for $208
When I realised that the program wasn’t going to be comparable with what I needed I asked for a refund within 20 minutes of the purchase.
I have been emailed 4 times saying they will refund me within 3-5 working days and it’s been over 2 weeks and stil nothing.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
