What Vivint did:
I contacted them about moving my service and the set it all up and walked me thought the whole process however in their system they set me up for a completely different service and for two years I thought I was paying for my new location however I later learned it was for the old location and when I was asked how come it took me so long to figure it out I explain to them I believed I was paying for the new location and didn’t learn it was actually the old location when the debit card expired and I had to provide the new did I discovered I was was paying for a location that I had actually moved from. They offered me nothing for the 3K plus I had paid for the wrong location. Then proceeded to tell me it was my fault that they didn’t correctly set it up in their system. And because I held multiple account with them I was paying extra.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
