What Groupon did:
I purchased a second groupon for a hairdresser after getting a “Buy Again ” alert from Groupon which let me to believe I could use it again. When I texted the hairdresser for an appointment, I let her know I had a groupon and gave my name. It was after she started cutting and coloring my hair that I could not use a Groupon again. She showed me the FINE print where it says that. That is misleading to suggest I buy it again then not be able to use it. I had to pay her full price of $160. which was a shock since I would have not made the appointment if I knew I could not use the groupon that was suggested I “Buy Again” by Groupon.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
