What Byte did:
I ordered byte Invisaligners and put them on once I received it, it caused immense pain. Scale 1-10 was a 9 in the pain scale, they said they do not do refunds. I told them that I have liver problems and taking pain meds everyday is not good for me. They said that it shouldn’t be unbearable but it was. The Invisalign would make my teeth and gums hurt and the pain would not go away. I haven’t put them back on since. They keep giving me the run around stating that I can’t get a refund. Then later they charged me for another impression kit without my consent or knowledge.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
