What PetsBest did:
I signed up for pet insurance for my Mini-Schnauzer through PetsBest three(3) months ago, choosing their best plan complete coverage, $100.00 yearly deductible, and 90% expense reimbursement for $95.00 a month. After taking my Mini-Schnauzer in for a checkup and treatment twice at Loma Linda Animal Hospital and submitting all required documents PetsBest denied my claims twice stating I did not supply them with the documents they requested which I did and continue to give me problems because they don’t want to pay me what they owe me according to my chosen and paid plan.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
