Expedia Complaint
What Expedia did:
I brought a so-called “unrefundable” ticket from Expedia. But please listen. I am immunocompromised. I don’t feel safe flying. But I cannot get a refund like I thought I could for health reasons. AA changed the flight, but I decided not to go to the retreat in Sept., the beginning of the flu season. I must be very careful with my health, especially with Covid.I have RA and take Jaki, a powerful immunosuppressant, and have underlying conditions. I did not know that I could cancel for these reasons at first.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
