What Vivint did:
I had a basic security system installed. They told me a price over the phone. They never gave me a physical or electronic paper to sign that showed the price. Installation was completed and I was charged close to $1k. It wasn’t the price that was told to me over the phone. They claimed to have a verbal agreement with me so they are able to charge that amount. I never agreed to pay that amount but they charged my card and also said I had 3 days to return and that had passed. Had I known they would have charged me 1k for a system I would have returned it right away.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
