What Vivint did:
Not a customer of Vivint. Home had vivint security system from previous owner, that was disarmed. One random day ( 28 May 2022 , 6:40 PM alarm started ringing out of the blue. Called customer care to try to disarm the system, which did not do anything, since they “don’t have an account” and they cannot send a technician to disarm the system. I had to suffer from hearing damage as the alarm was too loud, and prolonged and rang for over 25-30 mins.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
